The first thing I saw was flashing lights in the distance. At first I thought this was lightning, but it wasn't. There was no sound. There was something big behind the clouds. Then I began spotting aircraft.
The first bits of footage were captured on my phone, and the latter on my camera. I couldn't zoom in as close as I would have liked to and the video taken has come out darker than I could see on the actual night. I wasn't prepared, although this isn't the first time I have seen these aircraft.
