Some of the most beautiful and heart stretching records effortlessly depict in our emotions something I quite often refer to as pure, unwavering pain. Lianne La Havas and her new song Lost & Found has got the makings of a classic. Those that know me know that I am all about good lyrics. Such a relief, that not a single phrase is wasted (although given the quality of the record, the occasionally clumsy lyric would have been forgiven). I like the simplicity of the video, how it plays with the text of the record and how Lianne La Havas 'unfolds' as a strong, beautiful woman in conclusion, somewhat mirroring the audio journey. This artist is definitely one to watch.
